We wanted to develop a unique group fitness experience centered around rowing, body-weight, and free weight movements.  Sweat 60 combines the Concept2 rower, kettlebells, dumbbells, and other tools to maximize individual results.

This rower only workout is designed for all ages and stages of rowing ability and will help build your endurance while learning the ins and outs of proper rowing form. Classes are 30-45 minutes in length.



Restore, stretch, and stimulate your body while practicing the ancient art of Yoga.

Yoga classes at Sweat range from restorative to invigorating based on the instructor and time of day.
