What is Sweat?
Sweat FXBG is a boutique fitness studio in Fredericksburg, Virginia that offers group fitness classes in "Sixty", our original concept HIIT class, Cycle, Barre, Row, Sculpt, Pilates, and Yoga. In addition to group classes, we launched a Sweat Lab that allows you to conduct individual training, on your own, or with a personal trainer whenever Sweat is open. Sweat was born from a desire to start a studio that wasn’t a “me too” product that we would be proud to call our own. Sweat is locally owned and operated and is a labor of love from a small team of passionate individuals. Regardless of your age or physical fitness level, Sweat is an all-inclusive group fitness studio that offers a variety of group and individual level programming to meet your needs.
Is Sweat a franchise?
NOPE! Sweat is locally owned and operated and is a unique one-of-a-kind experience.
What are your class times?
We offer a wide range of class types and times in our studio. You can check out the most up to date class times on our schedule.
How much does Sweat cost?
We offer a simple, all-access membership plan for just $99 per month, which includes unlimited classes at Sweat with no long-term commitment required. See our Pricing page.
How do I join Sweat?
To join Sweat, buy a drop-in or a membership and you are on your way!
Do you offer anything besides group fitness classes?
In addition to our group fitness "class" format, we offer personal training services in addition to a Sweat Lab for members.
Do you have childcare?
YES! We offer childcare at Sweat during the following times:
- Monday: No childcare offered.
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM
- Friday: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM-11:30 AM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM-11:30 AM
Childcare is complimentary.
Do you have showers?
Yes! We have two showers in the women's restroom and two showers in the men's restroom which are open for use. Please bring your own towel as we do not offer bathroom towel service.
Do you have lockers?
Yes! We have day use lockers available for you to use while you are at Sweat. Please bring a lock with you as we don't have any onsite for rent/borrowing.
Do I need to sign a liability waiver or acknowledge any terms & conditions?
When you sign up for Sweat, you acknowledge reading our liability waiver and our booking policies. This is handled at registration and you only need to do it once. If you'd like to review these policies again, the links are available below:
Does my membership have a contract?
We believe in flexibility, which is why all of our memberships are commitment-free with no contracts. You can choose the membership option that works best for you and cancel anytime without being locked into a long-term agreement.
If you'd like to cancel your recurring subscription, simply complete this form and we will process your cancellation request. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits for the remainder of the current billing period that has already been paid for. Your membership will then be canceled at the end of that billing period and you will not be charged again going forward.
Can I suspend or pause my membership?
We do not offer the ability to suspend or pause memberships. You may cancel your commitment free plan and re-sign up at any time.
Are there any class cancellation / no-show fees?

What is the minimum age to workout at Sweat?
The minimum age to workout at Sweat is 13 years old, with parental permission.
Do you offer a student/teacher/veteran/first responder discount?
As a veteran-owned small family business, we take great pride in offering our community an exceptional fitness experience at Sweat. We have carefully priced our unlimited membership at just $99 per month, which is already an incredible value for the high-quality classes and amenities we provide in this area.
While we would love to be able to offer additional discounts, we have found through past attempts that we simply cannot maintain our high standards of service while charging any less than our current low rate. We hope you understand that our $99 unlimited membership is the best deal we can sustainably offer while still giving our members the top-notch Sweat experience they deserve.
