Class Cancellation and "No Show" Policy
At Sweat FXBG, we want everyone to have the opportunity to attend our group-fitness classes. One of our top priorities as your fitness studio is to keep you committed to your goals and staying on track with your health and fitness. To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, we are introducing a new group fitness cancellation policy for all members and guests.
You made a reservation for a class but something comes up and you can’t make it. What should you do?
We get it, things come up, you don’t feel well, your kids are sick, a meeting is running over; life happens. Cancel your class reservation IMMEDIATELY in the Wix app or on the website (visit your profile > my bookings).
If you need assistance on understanding HOW to cancel a class, please let us help and show you. We are here to help and want you to feel as comfortable with the app and the cancellation process.
Please cancel reservations up to two hours in advance of a class's starting time so that someone else can experience the great workout you will be missing. If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don't make it to class, we will charge a $10.00 "no show/late cancellation" fee. If there should be a sudden emergency within the two-hour window, please contact us directly.
If you do not have a credit card on your account and/or if it is declined, your account will show a negative balance and you will be required to balance this out upon your next visit.
Beginning March 15, 2021, there will be no waived cancellation fees. Due to limited class sizes, we ask that all members book classes accordingly and cancel prior to the late-cancellation window.
If you are ill and unable to attend your scheduled class, please let us know immediately to avoid the cancellation fee being charged.
Drop In/Packages (not unlimited) not cancelled before the 2-hour window or client no-show will result in a forfeit of the reserved class; losing the session/class.
